Wooden Tyre Support. Would have been used to hold a tyre in an automotive workshop whilst repairs were being carried out. Beautifully made and beautifully aged. Marked 274 under the lip as shown. Height 29cm, width 36cm. Great piece of interior decor. Very similar look to a wooden foundry mould.
