Vintage NZR Railway Station Ceramic Tiles
Hexagonal NZR (New Zealand Railways) ceramic tile. These were made in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England and shipped over to decorate areas of Auckland Station, Beach Road. The station was built between 1928 and 1930. Tile diameter 15cm. Some minor losses to edges and glaze as shown.
