Framed hand coloured photograph of the Wellington - Auckland express on the Hapuawhenua Viaduct circa 1930's. This is quite large at 77cm x 64cm. Heavy wooden frame gives this great solidity. Hard to photograph without reflection from the glass hence the multiple photographs in different lights and locations. Some foxing and marks under the glass. Image is good. Nice item for the collection.
