Mid Century National Hospital Service Reserve Pin Badge. Enamel in excellent condition. Marked "H.W Miller Ltd B'ham 19 on the reverse. The reserve was formed in post WW2 Britain to provide trained first aiders and home nurses in response to the growing Cold War threat. Length 3cm.
