Gertrud Engel (1904-1983) for Anton Mickelson Mid Century Danish Botanical Brooch. A beautiful depiction of Walnut leaves in sterling silver. Part of her famed botanical collection for Anton Michelson who she designed for between 1944 and 1964. Her pieces are either marked Engel or Rougie with this one marked Rougie. A large piece at 6.8cm in length but with exquisite detail. A great addition for the mid century jewellery collector.
